We will provide you with a bespoke rehabilitation plan to follow, which will allow for ongoing self management between appointments. Giving you back the independence to take control of your recovery and be able to return to what you love doing as quickly as possible.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massages are specifically designed for the pregnant mum to soothe any aches and pains while providing a rejuvenating and relaxing massage to help reduce any stress and anxiety.

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial Cupping is a therapy in which a plastic cup is applied to the skin then the pressure in the cup is reduced by suction in order to draw and hold skin and superficial muscle tissue/fascia inside the cup. The benefits of cupping include local pain relief and muscle relaxation. For athletes, cupping may help increase blood flow to a particular muscle region or help reduce pain.
